A conditioner we blow into your pet’s coat, which helps loosen up the undercoat then followed up by our de-shed shampoo. This helps us brush out all the hair that is ready to come out. This does not stop the shedding completely (0-49lbs)

If your vet prescribes a special shampoo for your pet’s needs, we can use it. The extra charge is because vet shampoos require a waiting period of 10-15 minutes after applying

We do require that your pet is able to relieve itself before coming to be groomed. We understand that accidents happen, if you pet has one and steps in it, lays in it or gets it on itself, another bath is required and a charge is added on

If your pet requires a muzzle, a hammock, or an extra groomer, there will be a special handling fee dependent on size and difficulty 

We don’t offer boarding, we are a little shop with limited kennel space. We require that your pet is picked up within an hour of our text or call. If a later pick up time is required for your schedule, it has to be discussed when making your appointment. $25 for every hour past the agreed upon pickup time/ or our phone call

If you want just a bath, but also a face trim, we can do that!

This is a bath add on for in between grooms

Our grooms take 2-5 hours because we rotate through our dogs, if you would like 1 on 1 attention where we work on your dog straight through, this service guarantees no other baths/haircuts will be booked during your dog’s appointment. The time quote is 1-2 hours depending on how your dog does for the blow dryer and grooming
